Hilary has been active in the field of management development and training for many years. As a qualified manager, educator, coach and trainer she believes that life-long learning is essential to sustain competitve advantage in a global economy.

• Over the years Hilary has delivered effective development solutions for a diverse range of organisations e.g. the Boots Company, Windsmoor Group, Baird Clothing, Citibank Savings, BAe Systems, Phillip Morris and FW Woolworth.
• Current Clients include Blackpool Council, Amec Building and Facilities Management, Lancashire Fire and Rescue, Olsen UK, Bolton Metropolitan Council and Remploy Ltd.
• Outside of the UK, she has worked in both Europe (Malta, Lithuania, Brussels, Helsinki) and Africa (Morocco).
